Within the retail segment, Homesense saw sales increase 1.7% to £285.5m, while TK Maxx revenues rose 4% to £2.6bn. Wholesale revenues also grew from £1.1bn to £1.2bn. Pre-tax profit fell slightly to £117.6m, down from £120.7m the previous year. The group attributed comparable store sales growth primarily to higher conversion rates.
During the year, four Homesense stores were closed, leaving the brand with 73 locations across the UK, some co-located with TK Maxx outlets. Despite the modest profit decline, the performance highlights continued steady growth across the group's retail and wholesale operations.
