The Workspace Design Show will open its doors on 5–6 November 2025 at Hall 5, RAI Amsterdam, welcoming thousands of architects, designers, and workplace specialists from across Europe. This year's edition invites visitors to "Activate their Senses," transforming every corner of the hall into an immersive exploration of how design can shape the way people work, feel, and connect.

"Visitors can explore over 800 interior and workplace products from global and local brands including Vitra, Pedrali, Humanscale, Kvadrat, Kettal, Nowy Styl, Vepa, Sedus, Tarkett, Interface, Belysse and more," the organisers said.
Experiential feature spaces curated by leading Dutch studios include the Radiance Lounge by M Moser Associates, Mood Board Contest by Biophilic Design Academy, Design Talks Lounge by UNS, Occupiers Forum Space by Casper Schwarz Architects, and Workplace Experience Lounge by Mecanoo. Each space showcases colour, light, texture, and sound to create engaging, sensory interactions.
The conference agenda spans three dedicated stages – Occupiers Forum, Design Talks, and Workplace Experience Talks – with over 120 speakers offering insights into workplace strategy, hybrid culture, wellbeing, sustainability, and human-centred design. Highlights on 5 November include:
How healthy workplaces can shape the future of wellbeing at work, chaired by Robert Thiemann of Betterness, with panellists from HofmanDujardin, UNS, and Gensler.
Exploring the role and value of the modern workplace, chaired by Pieter van der Laan of YNNO, featuring representatives from Booking.com, Zoom, DSM-Firmenich, and Ubisoft.
Building a sense of belonging and community experience in the workplace, chaired by José Subero, with experts from LEVS Architecten, Sweco, Cushman & Wakefield, and MVRDV.

Sessions on 6 November address net-zero carbon targets, aligning global workplace experiences with local cultures, and designing for social interaction and human connection. Speakers include representatives from Sanofi, Miro, TomTom, Envalue, OZ Architect, and IA Interior Architects.
Evening highlights on 5 November feature the official networking party from 17:30 to 19:30, alongside the FRAME Awards celebrating forward-thinking interior projects.
Visitor essentials include pre-printable badges, easy access via Schiphol or metro, and refreshments including freshly prepared pasta and hydration stations courtesy of GWS.
