Poltronesofà is already a well-established furniture group with around 300 locations around Europe. With the acquisition of ScS it will add 100 UK-based stores to this list. This acquisition demonstrates a common strategy where companies opt to acquire existing businesses to expand their reach rather than embarking on the challenging task of establishing new stores from scratch. ScS also recently acquired sofa brand Snug, which Poltronesofà will take ownership of as well.
