Coulisse, a Dutch company known for its window covering solutions, has acquired Lienesch International in Haaksbergen, The Netherlands, and Sensuna in the German city of Plauen. Following these acquisitions, Coulisse's turnover will increase to 200 million euros. The workforce will grow from 250 to 350 employees. This is reported by Tubantia.

Maurice and Christiaan Roetgering will remain the owners of Coulisse, while Bennie Lienesch will stay actively involved in the business in Haaksbergen, together with co-shareholders Jens Niermeyer and Ruud de Lange.
Lienesch International is known as a manufacturer of pleated fabrics for indoor window coverings. The company produces more than 3 million square meters of window coverings annually with a workforce consisting of 70 employees. Despite the recent acquisition, the production of pleated fabrics will continue in Haaksbergen.
Sensuna is known for custom-made honeycomb and pleated systems. A total of 30 employees work at the German company.
