There was a big shock on Friday morning for the transporters of Belgian furniture factory Theuns. The booth at imm cologne was completely cleared out overnight (from Thursday to Friday). 'This was discovered by our staff and directors Jan and Kris Theuns upon arrival in Cologne this morning around 6 o'clock,' says a distressed Elke Theuns.
The entire booth has been cleared out.
'Initially, you think it's a joke,' continues Elke Theuns, 'but it turns out to be true! The thieves really took everything, even paintings that were hanging on the wall and some dried flowers.'

'We hope that someone has seen something. There are camera images, but the equipment is so high up that there are hardly any usable images. Even our Danish neighbours had two sofas stolen. We are desperate! If there are readers who have seen something, I hope they will let us know,' says Elke.

During the fair, numerous other exhibitors have also fallen victim to theft. The InteriorDaily editorial team learned this during a tour of the exhibitors. Projectors, televisions, cash and 3D equipment have been stolen.
