Dauphin Holding has announced the appointment of Elmar Duffner as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Effective February 1, 2024, Duffner will take over the reins from Michael Rudloff, assuming the position of chairman of the board at Dauphin Office Interiors GmbH & Co. KG.
With a career spanning over 25 years in the German furniture sector, Elmar Duffner brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his new role. Prior to joining Dauphin Holding, Duffner served as the Managing Director & CEO of the Vivonio Furniture Group, overseeing an annual turnover of approximately 400 million euros and leading a workforce of up to 1,900 employees. His tenure at Vivonio was marked by successful growth and strategic leadership, making him a respected figure in the industry.
