In a bid to bolster its operations, Polish mattress company Fey is embarking on a significant expansion project involving the construction of a new production hall and office building. This development marks a substantial investment aimed at enhancing the company's manufacturing capabilities and accommodating its growing workforce.
The expansion project will see the Fey factory, formerly known as the Relax Mattress Factory, expand its footprint to 18,000 square meters. The expanded complex will comprise production, office, and warehouse facilities.

The ambitious project will entail the construction of a two-storey office building spanning 500 square meters and a new production hall covering 4,000 square meters. The production facility will be equipped with a 50 kWp photovoltaic installation, with provisions for future expansion. Additionally, WPIP Construction will be responsible for developing external infrastructure, including parking facilities.
Fey Sp. z o.o. is a subsidiary of the German capital group FEY & Co. GmbH, one of Europe's leading manufacturers of continental beds. The completion of the project is slated for October 2024, marking a pivotal milestone in the company's expansion strategy and reinforcing its position in the market.
