JYSK has reduced prices for more than half of its range

The global furnishing company JYSK is known for its Scandinavian-inspired range and many great offers for customers in 48 countries worldwide. To ensure that its items remain competitively priced, JYSK has reduced prices for more than half of its range.

Overall, JYSK offers more than 4000 products centred around "Scandinavian Sleeping & Living", including duvets, pillows, mattresses, indoor and outdoor furniture, as well as decorative items like vases, artificial plants, and rugs. And now, it's even more affordable to decorate one's home with a touch of Scandinavian flair.

Compared to the previous year, JYSK has lowered prices for more than half of its products. Examples include the height-adjustable desk SVANEKE (60 x 120 cm), reduced from 275 euros to 185 euros, the desk chair NIMTOFTE (from 70 euros to 40 euros), or the duvet ALTA (from 40 euros to 30 euros).

'We want to always be the first choice for our customers when it comes to furnishings. In recent years, like many other companies, we have experienced a rise in costs throughout our entire business, partly due to inflation and global uncertainty. As a company, we have absorbed most of these costs because we want our prices to always be competitive. That's why we have further lowered our already low prices for a wide range of popular quality products,' said Jørgen Lund, Executive Vice President for Marketing, Sales, and Expansion at JYSK.

Daily low prices for 300 more products
As part of JYSK's strategy to offer Scandinavian quality products for everyone, there is a variety of items in the "EVERYDAY LOW PRICE" category that always have a low price. In 2023, JYSK expanded the number of products in this category from 1,200 to 1,500 items, accounting for up to 40% of the total range in a JYSK store.

Furthermore, last year, prices in the "Everyday low price" category were reduced worldwide for more than 65% of the products.

'We are known for a great Scandinavian offering in the sleeping and living area, and our business model is to always have popular products available at very affordable prices. We want to make it easy for our customers to continue choosing JYSK while ensuring that our prices remain competitive. That's why I'm very pleased that we were able to lower the price for so many products as we did,' said Jørgen Lund.
