Alan Joseph, Chief Operating Officer of The Cotswold Company, highlights the company's commitment to meeting customer demand by adapting its delivery services. He mentioned that the company had done 'trial' deliveries with a few orders in Northern Ireland in recent months, and that adjustments had been made to systems, customs procedures, logistics, and staff training to ensure the delivery of the same high-quality service experienced by customers on the mainland.
To achieve its Northern Ireland delivery aims, the company has chosen a local delivery firm to specifically cater to its Northern Ireland market. This firm will partner with the Cotswold Company to ensure that bulky items are delivered to the correct location within the home, and all packaging is responsibly disposed of through recycling.
