What did you think of Salone del Mobile this year?
'The fair was a great success, drawing many visits from both familiar faces and new connections. Salone del Mobile is one of our key events that we look forward to year after year. What sets it apart from other great major fairs is its ability to attract a high number of international attendees from all over the world. Salone del Mobile presents an invaluable platform for us to showcase our collection to a global audience, particularly targeting non-European markets.'

What products were on show at the Cane-line stand?
'At the Salone the Mobile, visitors could experience our 2024 collection – A Natural Feeling. A collection characterised by organic shapes and a fresh colour palette featuring warm earthy tones. These tones harmonise seamlessly with our range of natural materials, such as teak, rattan, stone, and various fabrics.'

Cane-line's products were met with enthusiasm, since you've received numerous awards for your designs this spring. Can you tell us about them?
'Our Pace lounge chair has been awarded the prestigious Red Dot Award 2024. Pace is designed by the Danish design duo Foersom & Hiort-Lorenzen MDD and represents Danish design at its best – timeless design, comfort and high quality.

Additionally, our Choice chair has won the German Design Award 2024 for Excellent Furniture. Designed by Welling/Ludvik, Choice stands out as a versatile chair crafted with elegance and responsibility in mind. For instance, the shells of the Choice chair are made from up to 98% recycled polypropylene, showcasing our commitment to environmental responsibility.

Lastly, our Sticks lounge series, a key novelty from the 2024 collection, has just been honoured with the Danish award Design Favoritter 2024 for best design in the category "Outdoor Furniture". Design Favoritter is a reader's award, where the winner is determined by the readers from the magazines Bo Bedre and Bolig Magasinet.'

What's in store for you now? Are there any future fairs on the program?
'As we are going into a busy period with numerous global fairs to attend, there are abundant opportunities to connect with us and explore our 2024 collection if you haven't already. Our next stop is Design District in Rotterdam, followed by the highly anticipated 3daysofdesign in Copenhagen this June. This event has expanded over the years, drawing an increasingly international crowd. Furthermore, we will also make an appearance at fairs in the US and Australia throughout the summer.'
