Returning after a 5-year hiatus

The Manchester Furniture Show has officially kicked off!

The Manchester Furniture Show (MFS) has officially started today, making its highly anticipated return after a five-year break. Running from July 10-11 at Manchester Central, this relaunch brings together buyers and brands from across the UK for two days of networking, inspiration, and summer sourcing. Having run successfully for 28 years previously, MFS is back and poised to reclaim its status as an industry-leading event.

InteriorDaily will be attending the event, so stay tuned for our photo report of the fair!

Retailers and exhibitors have eagerly awaited MFS's return. MFS's timing at the start of the second buying season is perfect for mid-year purchases and for pre-Christmas sales. With over 40% of visitors placing the bulk of their orders in the latter half of the year, MFS is an unmissable event for brands and retailers.

Over 100 brands will be at the fair, offering retailers, designers, manufacturers, and distributors from across the UK a wealth of new designs and creative inspiration. Top brands such as Buoyant Upholstery, BlueBone Imports, Creation Italia/Incanto, Dappr, Final Touches Trading Ltd, Harmony Furnishings, Kennett & Lindsell Ltd, Kettle Home, La-Z-Boy, Lebus Upholstery, Taylors of Scotland, and Heritage are attending.

Networking is as integral to MFS as sourcing, and this year's show promises not to disappoint. The Summer Solstice Show Party on July 10th will provide a relaxed setting for visitors and exhibitors to celebrate MFS's return and network casually. On July 11th, the Women in Furniture Network will host a Leadership Brunch featuring a talk by Melinda Whittington, CEO of La-Z-Boy, who will share her career journey and offer advice for women in the industry.

InteriorDaily is thrilled to be attending the Manchester Furniture Show and will be creating a comprehensive photo report of the event. Stay tuned for our coverage, which will capture the essence of the show, the innovative designs on display, and the vibrant networking opportunities!
