The Cotswold Company has launched new Upholstery Hubs across its nine UK showrooms following a substantial increase in sales of customisable furniture, which nearly doubled. These upgrades include enhanced visual merchandising, adjusted store layouts, and the introduction of dedicated areas aimed at providing comprehensive upholstery solutions.

Each Upholstery Hub is designed to offer customers a seamless experience with fully customisable products. Features include extended fabric drapes, 50 swatch fabrics available for take-home sampling, updated sofa cards, and options for foot colours.
The decision to introduce these hubs was driven by a significant surge in demand for upholstery products, which has led to a 96% sales increase year-to-date.
The initiative reflects The Cotswold Company's ongoing efforts to enhance customer experience and capitalize on growing market trends in the furniture sector, signalling their proactive approach to sustain and expand market leadership.
