Nikkie Plessen puts Amsterdam mansion up for sale for nearly 5.5 million euros

Nikkie Plessen and her husband have put their mansion in Amsterdam-Zuid up for sale for 5,480,000 euros, reports Bekende Buren. The couple bought the property in 2005, but the original purchase price is unknown. Almost 20 years ago, they mortgaged it for 4.5 million euros.

The house consists of six floors and features a lift, with a total living area of 331 square metres. It has 10 rooms, including three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The basement houses a home cinema and a wine cellar.

The living room overlooks a park and there is a 100-square-metre garden. Adjacent to the garden is a spacious dining room with French doors. In addition, the house has a spacious roof terrace and a small library.
