Million-dollar villa of former bathroom furniture manufacturer for sale for €2.1 million

A playful split-level villa with driveway in the Beekberg (The Netherlands) woods near Apeldoorn has been put up for sale for €2.1 million by a former bathroom furniture manufacturer. In 2019, this property was bought for €1.23 million. The villa was built in 1971, but has been fully modernised over the past five years and fitted with an additional fully insulated outbuilding. The property is not visible from the public road and is set in the middle of a beautiful wooded plot of no less than 15,350 m².

The owner, Jeroen Hoetink, sold his bathroom company Thebalux for €44.5 million last year. Despite his wealth, the bathrooms in the villa cannot be called particularly spectacular: bathroom 1 has outdated black and white tiles, according to insiders, and even the more modern bathroom 2 is not overly luxurious. The garage, on the other hand, will charm car enthusiasts. The indoor pool currently looks a bit neglected due to haphazardly placed fitness equipment, but this can easily be addressed.
