A German textile company has announced a new management structure after Torsten Poschardt decided not to renew his contract with the company.
Effective July 1st, Andreas Zimmer, the principal shareholder and longtime CEO, has assumed responsibility for Sales, Marketing, and Design of the textile company, Zimmer + Rohde.
Joining him as Interim Managing Director is Sebastian Groesslhuber, tasked primarily with advancing core business operations and optimizing processes. Groesslhuber brings extensive experience in interior design and a successful track record guiding medium-sized family businesses through transformational periods in his roles as CEO and consultant.
Andreas Zimmer expressed gratitude to Torsten Poschardt in an article on Moebelkultur.de for modernizing the company over the past five years and navigating it through various crises. Zimmer personally thanked Poschardt for his successful tenure and collaborative efforts.
This strategic realignment aims to build upon the foundation laid by Poschardt, reinforcing Zimmer + Rohde's commitment to excellence in interior design and premium market positioning.
