Store chain acts speedily after armchair safety concern arises

Specifically, the recalled models were sold in green/white and gray/white color combinations, measuring approximately 33 inches tall, 28 inches deep, and 26 inches wide. They were sold with SKU numbers 400266563392 and 400266563330 respectively.

Around 1,600 units were sold by the store chain, Ross Stores, nationwide from February 2024 through April 2024, each priced at approximately $50. The recall was initiated after receiving reports of chair legs bending or breaking, resulting in four incidents of minor injuries such as soreness and contusions.

This recall underscores Ross Stores' commitment to addressing safety concerns promptly and ensuring consumer welfare by offering multiple avenues for assistance and refund.
