Möbel Martin has finalised the acquisition of Küchenheld, marking a significant step to bolster its digital expertise. The agreement, formalised yesterday, July 16, was done in partnership with Kalodion, the investment firm of Saarland entrepreneur David Zimmer, both of which had previously invested in Küchenheld, specialising in digital distribution solutions.

This acquisition is seen by Möbel Martin as mutually beneficial. It positions Küchenheld to advance digitalisation in kitchen consultation and planning, enhancing offerings for customers. Meanwhile, as a member of Begros, Möbel Martin gains from Küchenheld's successful digital sales strategies, enabling it to provide customers with an optimised digital shopping experience.
Founded in 2018, Küchenheld currently operates eight showrooms across seven German cities and achieved a turnover of 16 million euros in 2023. Post-acquisition, Küchenheld will retain its brand identity.
