Dornbracht's Tara kitchen fitting is now available in new finishes and variants. Its archetypal form is shaped by symmetry; the Dornbracht design icon Tara stands for timeless modernity.
With new finishes and variants for the kitchen, the Iserlohn-based manufacturer once again emphasises the versatility of its classic mixer tap – and demonstrates how aesthetics, function, and maximum precision can be combined.
Wide range and design options
At first glance, the pull-down Tara variant, offering a choice between a laminar or spray jet, resembles the popular Tara Ultra. However, it is the small details that give the new kitchen fitting its unique appearance: While Tara Ultra has a right-angled lever, the pull-down version of Tara has a round and slender lever design with an elegant stepping. Its rosette also gives it a classic look.
Also new are the Bar Tap and the two-hole variant: In the latter, the lever and spout stand separately next to each other, creating a subtle aesthetic and once again demonstrating the versatility of the purist Tara design. The kitchen fitting is enhanced with three new finishes: Dark Chrome, Champagne (22kt Gold) and Brushed Champagne (22kt Gold).
Timeless kitchen architecture
With the additional finishes and variants, Tara solidifies its status as a classic series that fits into both modern and traditional kitchens. The "Timeless Comfort" kitchen architecture provides further proof of this: Inspired by the American style, the kitchen has an open and friendly design. Unit door fronts made of fine oak are complemented by white marble, interwoven with a network of soft grey veins. Tara as a pull-down variant harmonises stylishly with the combination of classic and modern elements: The Brushed Champagne (22kt Gold) finish echoes the warm golden tones of the drawer handles, while contrasting with the light marble backdrop.
