According to Detailwatch, which has obtained a letter from a creditor outlining the proposed plan, Danish Ejendoms Management ApS, a company solely owned by Frantz Longhi, will take over the restructured Paustian A/S.
Frantz Longhi and the design company Paustian A/S have experienced a challenging 2024, but there appears to be a promising rescue plan in the works.

This proposal includes acquiring various assets such as retail leases, operating equipment, inventory, goodwill, intellectual property rights, and the employment of the company's 18 staff members. However, a warehouse in Nordhavn, Copenhagen, is excluded from the deal. The total cost of the acquisition is estimated at DKK 5.5 million, and Danish Property Management will also assume a DKK 7 million debt to Nykredit if the proposal is approved.
To facilitate this takeover, Frantz Longhi has secured support from several anonymous investors, helping to stabilize what was once viewed as a precarious situation for Paustian.
This rescue plan represents a critical juncture for Paustian and Frantz Longhi. If successful, it could revitalise the design house and provide a new beginning after a period of financial uncertainty.
