From 7 to 9 May 2025, Salzburg Exhibition Centre will once again be the central meeting place for the kitchen and entire furnishing industry: The top-class business event küchenwohntrends, together with möbel austria, invites trade visitors from the specialist trade, crafts, property furnishings, industry, architecture, interior design and project development, architecture, interior design and project development.
The event, which takes place every two years and will be held for the seventh time in 2025, has established itself as a firm fixture in the trade visitors' calendar and attracts visitors from all over Central Europe. The appeal of the trade fair double intensifies every year and attracts trade visitors from Slovenia to Germany and South Tyrol.
What makes küchenwohntrends and möbel austria so attractive for the industry is the impressive variety and quality of the exhibitors. Renowned names such as AKP, Bauformat, Blanco, Bora, BSH, Carat, Elastica, Electrolux, Grassmann, Häcker Küchen, JOKA, Liebherr, Miele, Naber, Nobilia, Quooker, Rotpunkt Küchen, Schüller, sedda, SHD, Speedmaster, Strasser and Wimmer will therefore be represented again in 2025. 'The trade fair offers us a unique opportunity to present our new products to a knowledgeable audience, exchange ideas with industry experts and discuss new trends. küchenwohntrends & möbel austria also has a special significance for us due to its location. Salzburg as a location puts the focus on the markets in Austria, Germany and South Tyrol, which are of enormous importance to us.' says Alfred Weiß, Managing Director of Schösswender Möbel. New exhibitors such as Julius Blum, artego Küchen and Ballerina Küchen will also enrich the trade fair. The latter company is already looking forward to its debut: 'Ballerina will be exhibiting at küchenwohntrends in Salzburg for the first time in 2025. In keeping with our trade fair motto: 'Ballerina. Uncompromisingly different', we will be showcasing trends in kitchens and home furnishings that are ideally suited to the individual market. We are looking forward to exchanging ideas with the trade and are excited about the reactions,' says Heidrun Brinkmeyer, Managing Director, Ballerina-Küchen.
With this format, the organisers of the trade fair double also offer a first-class platform for new products and knowledge transfer, as visitors can expect top-class presentations and discussions on the latest trends and innovations in the industry at the established 'Podium Events'. The innovation shows and the new Interior Innovation Award emphasise the unique profile of the trade fair. With the Interior Innovation Award, a jury of representatives from the retail trade, specialist agencies and the trade press honours innovative new products that create added value for customers and users. They decide on aspects such as originality, relevance, effectiveness, sustainability and scalability of the products submitted by the exhibitors. The winners of the various categories will be highlighted at the awards ceremony.
The trade fair double thus offers an excellent opportunity to discover the latest developments and trends in the kitchen and furnishing industry. All trade visitors can look forward to a varied programme that not only presents new products, but also offers space for exchange and networking.
The Salzburg Exhibition Centre opens its doors daily from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. during the exhibition period. Entry is reserved exclusively for trade visitors in order to ensure a targeted exchange and high-quality discussions.
