Danish company leaves behind DKK 88 million debt after restart

The Danish company has left behind a significant debt of DKK 88 million to over 230 creditors following the company's bankruptcy. This debt includes substantial amounts owed to banks, with Nykredit and Spar Nord entitled to DKK 21.9 million and DKK 6.3 million, respectively.

Additionally, the company has DKK 16.3 million in unpaid taxes and almost DKK 30 million owed to other bankrupt companies. The company, Paustian, is under Frantz Longhi's ownership. He took over the assets of the bankrupt company for DKK 5.5 million and assumed a DKK 7 million debt to Nykredit.

To address this debt, the bankruptcy estate plans to sell Paustian's warehouse property in Copenhagen, which is expected to be valued at around DKK 8.9 million.

Longhi expressed regret over the situation, noting that no one has lost more from Paustian's financial troubles than himself. Despite this, the full impact on creditors will depend on the eventual sale price of the warehouse.
