Previously held by Italian private investors, the company transitioned in 2019 when Clessidra Private Equity became the majority shareholder. Under Clessidra, the company expanded significantly, growing its revenue from over €70 million to around €120 million through international expansion and acquisitions. As of August 2024, the prominent lighting specialist L&S Group has a new owner.
