Roca Group has acquired Innotec Systemelemente GmbH, a German manufacturer specialising in modular solutions for integrating structural elements in the bathroom. This acquisition was completed through Sanitärtechnik Eisenberg GmbH, Roca Group's German subsidiary that focuses on bathroom installation systems.
The acquisition aims to enhance Roca Group's business in bathroom installation systems by integrating Innotec's operations into the Group's broader activities. This move is designed to create synergies and foster innovation within this sector.
For Roca Group, the acquisition is a strategic decision due to the alignment of Innotec's offerings with its own portfolio and the potential for growth in Europe and the EMEA region. Innotec's product range, which includes modular solutions for bathroom structural integration and robotically welded fastening solutions, complements Roca Group's existing products and value chain.
Innotec, located in Grossenhain, Germany, employs 68 people and reported a turnover of €24.7 million in 2023.
