This past week, But and Conforama announced the creation of 'But Conforama Holding France SAS', a legal entity aimed at strengthening their cooperation and competitiveness in the French home furnishings market.

The two brands, which have been collaborating on key operational areas like purchasing and logistics since their alliance was formed four years ago, will remain independent with their own business strategies.
However, this new structure will streamline their management under a single holding company, ensuring clearer organization and improved operational efficiency.
Chaired by Alexandre Falck, the But Conforama Group will oversee functions such as supply chain, information systems, finance, public affairs, and sustainable development.
With 500 stores and 15,000 employees, the group aims to become a central player in the home furnishings sector in France.
