Ferroluce shines spotlight on Decò Collection during Maison&Objet

Italian design brand Ferroluce has unveiled its Decò Collection at Maison&Objet last week. Those visiting the company's stand during Maison & Objet 2024 were introduced to its new products designed by art director Giorgio Biscaro, with special collaboration with Muka Design Lab and Tommaso Caldera.

Easy-to-read, sculptural, and familiar shapes bring out rich, soft ceramic surfaces. These are the common denominators of a series of products that were designed without ever losing sight of the inspiration brought about by fresh, airy, green, and vital environments, whether in domestic, restaurant, or professional settings.

The passion for the production of ceramic lighting fixtures with extreme attention to detail led to the creation of the Decò Collection. Decò represents the desire to explore a new, unique expression outside of traditional design schemes. It marks a new addition to Ferroluce's evolving range, moving beyond classic or vintage visual references. This collection embraces a free and modern expressiveness, pushing the boundaries of creativity.

Ferroluce was founded in 1982 by Miriam and Valter Valentinuz, with a passion for creating lamps inspired by their love of iron and ceramic craftsmanship. Today, the company, run by their children Monica and Giulio, balances tradition with new technical and formal solutions, producing handmade lamps that captivate people from Finland to the U.S.
