Porcelanosa Marbella reopens after complete refurbishment

After a complete refurbishment, Porcelanosa Marbella inaugurated its space yesterday, accompanied by well-known celebrities. With a total surface area of more than 1,400 m², the showroom presents a redefinition of the usual shop concept.

On display is a wide range of construction and decorative solutions offered by Porcelanosa Group materials. This new space, with 900 m² of indoor exhibition space and 550 m² of outdoor space, is committed to a design-oriented model with the recreation of residential and commercial spaces.

During the event, which included a music show, Tamara Falcó cooked a dessert in full view of all the attendees, and later signed some aprons. The inauguration was attended by numerous personalities from the world of culture and art, as well as influencers Rocío Osorno, Paula Ordovás, Marta Carriedo, Beltrán Lozano and Ana Antic, among others. Professionals related to architecture, interior design and real estate in Marbella also attended.

Last June, Porcelanosa opened a new showroom in the centre of Malaga (Paseo Alameda Principal), reaffirming the brand's commitment to this location. Porcelanosa also has an exhibition space located next to the Plaza Mayor shopping centre, with more than 2,000 m2 of floor space. In third place is this recently opened space in Marbella, conceived as a designer shop.

A new shop concept
The showroom is divided into several areas. On the main floor, a wide corridor leads to a central point – conceived as a contemporary Andalusian courtyard – which serves to connect the three differentiated environments: two flats and a contract space.

One of the homes, Luxury House, has an elegant style in which marble predominates, either in ceramic or natural stone. Thanks to the ceramic that simulates natural wood and gold, applied in mosaics and accessories, an exclusive and sophisticated atmosphere is achieved.

On the other hand, Colonial House, with a traditional style, has a warmer interior design. In it, organic shapes and stone materials stand out, perfectly harmonised with accessories in copper finishes. As a representation of the contract area, the customer will find the CS Wine restaurant, with a sober and exquisite design that shows the different possibilities of large format porcelain tiles in kitchens and bar counters.

On the other floor, professionals and private customers have at their disposal a ceramoteca, a water area and separate rooms. In addition, taking advantage of the 550 m² terrace, the kitchen Offroad Kitchen, by Gamadecor, has been installed. For the flooring, different models have been installed: raised technical flooring, natural stone, anti-slip ceramic collections -designed for outdoor spaces and bathrooms-, as well as some special pieces. As for the façade, XTONE and Krion® ventilated façade have been installed.
