A German kitchen manufacturer, has been undergoing a self-administered insolvency process since April 2024. Recently, a report meeting took place at the Bielefeld District Court, during which the creditors approved the restructuring and financial plan proposed by the management.

Steffen Liebich and Jens Uhe, representatives of the company, Brigitte-Küchen, highlighted that all necessary steps have been successfully completed according to the timeline. They credited the company's close collaboration with partners and the trust of its workforce for enabling them to expand their customer-oriented approach and enhance flexibility in their production processes. Additionally, targeted investments were made to ensure the company's long-term competitiveness.
With a creditors' meeting scheduled for October 9, the approval of the restructuring plan is expected to officially conclude the insolvency proceedings, paving the way for the company's continued operations without further obstacles.
