The company Diva, based in Coteau (Loire), is on the verge of judicial liquidation after failing to find a potential buyer. The company, which specialises in convertible sofas, has been under judicial protection since March 2024. With no viable offers, Diva now risks liquidation at its next hearing at the Lyon Commercial Court on September 25, 2024. This development threatens 114 jobs.

On September 10, Diva held an extraordinary social and economic committee (CSE) meeting at its Le Coteau site, where CEO Gabriel Dahan announced the grim outlook. Despite initial interest from companies like the Parisot Group and Ligne Roset, no firm offers were made.
