The owners of one of BoConcept's largest U.K. franchisees, operating in Scotland, have incorporated two new companies, European Living Interiors Limited and European Living Design Limited.
These new entities were established last week, as shown in statutory filings, and share the same stakeholders as European Living Retail, the franchisee trading as BoConcept in Scotland.
European Living Retail operates BoConcept stores in Aberdeen, Glasgow, Edinburgh, and Tillicoultry. The franchisee was on track to achieve sales exceeding £8 million in 2023.
