Rowico Home, a family-owned furniture business founded in 1971 by Roland Hammargren in Halmstad Sweden, is navigating a new leadership structure as Jessica Hammargren takes on the role of CEO and her brother Fredrik Hammargren assumes the position of Deputy CEO. This change follows Fredrik's previous role as purchasing manager and reflects their complementary skills, allowing them to capitalise on their strengths.

Jessica and Fredrik have been integral to the company's management for several years. Jessica will focus on sales and marketing, while Fredrik will concentrate on purchasing and logistics.
Rowico Home has evolved into a significant player in Scandinavian design, with an annual turnover of approximately SEK 290 million and a profit of SEK 14.2 million in 2023. The siblings aim to accelerate growth and reach a broader customer base, having recently invested heavily in their sofa line, which has been well-received.
Looking ahead, they plan to expand their offerings in upholstered and wooden furniture through both retail and e-commerce channels, extending their reach from Sweden into the German market. Their goal is to connect with even more customers and enhance Rowico's presence in the home furnishings sector.
