The new Hasbro Iberia office project is much more than just a workspace; it's a complete immersion into the magical universe of one of the world's most iconic brands. Imagine walking into a place every day where the walls breathe creativity, the hallways tell stories, and every corner invites you to play and rediscover the joy of being a child.
Spanning nearly 800 m² in one of the most emblematic buildings in the heart of Valencia, these offices are designed not only to meet functional needs but to embody the playful and revolutionary spirit that has made Hasbro a global leader in entertainment and toys. Additionally, the design pays homage to the region's rich cultural and artisanal heritage through elements that reflect Valencian roots, such as the use of wooden slats, a material renowned worldwide and a symbol of local ingenuity and tradition.
This space was conceived with a clear motivation: to inspire, connect, and make every employee feel the same excitement as a child discovering a new toy. In an ever-evolving business environment, these offices are an example of how the present can be worked with a vision for the future, where digitalization and new forms of hybrid work are seamlessly integrated into a flexible and adaptable environment.
With 65 workstations, versatile meeting rooms, and relaxation areas designed to foster creativity and relaxation, every detail of the design reflects Hasbro's desire to create unforgettable experiences. Inspired by the look of wonder on a child's face, we've crafted a space that evokes that "WOW" effect in everyone who visits. Here, work and play are one and the same, an invitation to rediscover the child within us all.
To bring this vision to life, we proposed a unique concept: each day, employees can choose a character, reflecting how they feel and how they wish to enjoy their workday. This universe, inspired by beloved brands such as Dungeons & Dragons, Peppa Pig, Monopoly, Mr. Potato Head, Transformers, and countless others, turns the office into a world full of colour, enthusiasm, and fun. It's a space where every path and every corner is imbued with the essence of Hasbro's most iconic brands, a place where imagination and creativity drive each day.
The new Hasbro Iberia offices not only meet the company's operational expectations but also reflect its commitment to social and environmental responsibility, connecting people, and creating a community united by the passion for storytelling.
