As of 1 July 2024, Pfleiderer Polska has changed its name to Woodeco, but the values and principles at the heart of its brand remain unaltered. As was reported by Biznes Meble. 'The changes taking place are very complex, but we assure you that under the name Woodeco, you will still find the same people in the same factories in Wieruszów and Grajewo, which have been the foundation of our company for years,' head of the board Grzegorz Kulesza says.
Starting from January 1, 2025, Pfleiderer Polska will exclusively use the name Woodeco. 'Although the German Pfleiderer may continue to use the name Pfleiderer Polska to communicate in our market, it is in no way related to our plants. We are pleased to have a Polish investor supporting our growth and the industry's development,' he continues.
On 9 April 2024, Pfleiderer Polska and its subsidiaries: Pfleiderer Grajewo, Pfleiderer MDF Grajewo, Pfleiderer Wieruszów, Jura Polska and PFL Recycling were taken over by Breticontic Investments Sp. z o.o. This transaction marks a huge milestone in the growth of the organisation and offers a real opportunity to offer a completely new level of quality by relying on the solid foundations the company has been building over the years.
Woodeco aims to maintain continuity, assuring customers that operations in the same Polish factories, in Wieruszów and Grajewo, will continue under the new name. The full rebranding process will be completed by early 2025, with new product lines to debut at MEBLE POLSKA 2025.
