Reform, the Danish kitchen company co-founded by Jeppe Christensen and Michael Andersen in 2014, has announced a change in leadership. As of October 1, Anders Dalskov has taken over as CEO from Christensen, who has held the role, with a brief hiatus, since the company's inception. Dalskov previously served as CEO of Alfa Ventures and was a strategy chief at Huscompagniet.
Christensen had stepped down from the CEO position in June 2023, temporarily handing the reins to Janne Moltke-Leth, who left after just a few months. Returning to the role, Christensen has now passed the responsibilities to Dalskov, expressing confidence in his successor. While Christensen will no longer lead the company, he will remain involved as a board member and co-owner.
Says Anders Dalskov in his LinkedIn announcement: 'October 1st I joined Reform as CEO. Thank you Jeppe and Michael for founding this great company and for trusting me to take this position. I have already met a lot of amazing new colleagues and look forward to seeing all our beautiful showrooms across Denmark, Germany and the US in the coming months. Next week I will help install my first kitchen and later go on to Lithuania to visit our skilled suppliers.'
