Christophe Lapotre, previously Executive Director of Operations, has been appointed as Executive Director of Omnichannel. In this role, he will spearhead the brand's omnichannel transformation, emphasizing network expansion and e-commerce initiatives.

Guillaume Lesouef, now responsible for all aspects of customer loyalty, CRM, communication, and marketing, will further develop integrated decoration consulting services in collaboration with Rhinov.

Aude Rimlinger, Director of Corporate Strategy, will join the executive committee to support the Inspire Everyday plan's rollout.

Vincent Cotteaux will also join as the IT, Data, and Methods Director, bringing expertise from previous roles at companies like But, Darty, and Monoprix. He will focus on data management to aid the brand's digital transformation.

The executive committee now consists of seven members, including CEO François-Melchior de Polignac and other directors overseeing various functions. These changes aim to firmly establish Maisons du Monde's ambitions as it implements its 2026 strategic plan. The CEO noted that this team of experts will ensure accelerated progress in the brand's management.
