Workspace Design Show announces theme for 2025

The organisers of the Workspace Design Show have announced the official theme for the 2025 edition of the show: "Activate the Senses."

In the new year, they will explore how multi-sensory, immersive environments can significantly impact wellbeing, productivity, and engagement in the workplace at the Business Design Centre in London from 26 - 27 February 2025. Industry-leading architects, designers, occupiers, and more will gather to showcase and discuss new ideas in workplace design.

"Activate the Senses" invites attendees on a journey that stimulates all five senses. From lighting and acoustics to textures and aromas, every element will be carefully curated to demonstrate how thoughtful design can enhance employee wellbeing and focus. As we push the boundaries of workplace design, it's clear that multi-sensory environments are key to creating productive, healthy spaces that adapt to individual needs.

With 5,000+ attendees, 500+ product launches, and over 120 expert speakers, the Workspace Design Show continues to be a go-to event for innovation in workplace design.

The organisers have also invited industry professionals and design enthusiasts to take part in their ongoing survey, Workplace Insights 2025: Trends, Technology, and Tomorrow. Conducted in collaboration with Workplace Insight, IN Magazine, and Works Magazine, this survey seeks to gather vital opinions on the current state of the market. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us better understand trends, challenges, and emerging opportunities in the industry. All participants will be the first to receive a copy of the full market report.
