Muuto has presented some highlights at the Orgatec show in Cologne last week: the linear system has been updated, new colours added to the Stacked Storage System and other news.
Linear System
We're updating our Linear System with two new versions of the Linear Table: A high table and a slimmer version of the standard table.
The Linear System High Table is designed for flexibility and spontaneity. Ideal for short meetings, intimate work settings, bar, dining and kitchen areas. The table's legs, shaped into half-circles and seamlessly joined with the tabletop, create a light and airy appearance. A metal stretcher bar underneath adds stability and refines its overall design.
We're also introducing a 110 cm wide table that adds versatility to the collection. Available in oak veneer and black nanolaminate, this table fits perfectly in both large conference rooms and smaller, more intimate workspaces. Its veneered plywood frame, solid oak legs, and adjustable feet make it as adaptable as it is stylish.
New colours and accessories for Stacked Storage System
Being both versatile and functional, the Stacked Storage System can be arranged and rearranged for the exact configuration that you'd like, whether it be as shelving setups, sideboards, bookcases, or side tables. The design can easily be refreshed by playing around with the space between the modules or mounting the modules with a backboard directly onto the wall. Incorporating modules with a backboard and a pop of colour introduces a playful element and provides a more finished appearance. We've now added the colour Brown Green to the selection.
We've also launched Stacked Storage System - Seat Cushions which feature an anti-slip backside and a removable cover. The cushion includes a zipper on the back for convenience. It's designed in one size and the cushion helps you create a cosy nook while providing additional comfort and style.
Two-Layer Pendant
The Two-Layer pendant brings new perspectives on the classic glass pendant with its rippled, mouth-blown glass creating unique optical effects from different angles. This refined design combines clear frosted glass with a punched steel mesh, providing ample, glare-free light. The blend of glossy and matte finishes creates a harmonious, sculptural form that acts as a self-illuminating sculpture.
