Following in the footsteps of his father, Alois Derler, Oskar joined the family business after completing his business education. His career spanned several decades, during which he progressed from junior roles to managing director and chairman of the supervisory board. Derler's leadership was marked by a commitment to growth and innovation, balancing local job preservation in Anger with international expansion.
'Oskar Derler was a man who dedicated his life to ADA,' the company shares. 'He embodied tireless commitment and expected the same level of dedication from his employees that he himself always exemplified. Oskar Derler not only built an impressive legacy but also left behind an enduring heritage deeply rooted in ADA's history and one that will resonate within the industry for a long time to come.'
