Feltouch proudly presented its latest sustainable designs to industry professionals at the Orgatec Office Furniture Fair in Cologne, Germany. The dynamic booth, designed by Studio13 Architects, highlighted the brand's commitment to innovation, sustainability, and functionality.
The Feltouch booth featured award-winning works by prominent designers, including Alexander Rehn's Zen Collection, the Line Wall Lamp from Ali Berkman's Sparkle Collection, the Modular Lighting Collection by Boris Berlin, and the Nube Pendant Lamp by Yonoh Creative Studio. The Sea Urchin Acoustic Lighting, designed by Hande Özge Canlıer from the Feltouch Design Team, attracted visitors with its combined acoustic and lighting features. Other notable designs included Yiğit Özer's Flux (recipient of both the IF Design Award and Red Dot Best of the Best), David Fox's Pumpkin Lighting, the collaborative Tuana Acoustic Panel and Lighting by U Design and Altun Architects, and Ayça Akkaya Kul's Ra Collection.
Another highlight was the captivating Vortex Videomapping experience applied to Ali Berkman's Ripple Wall Lamp, offering visitors a unique visual journey through the tunnel area. The "time tunnel" concept also showcased the brand's history and R&D process, featuring the Zero Brick Wall Panels, produced from 100% recycled Feltouch material. These panels, a part of the Zero Burn project launched in 2020, provide a sustainable addition to interiors aligned with circular economy principles.
Additionally, Feltouch introduced Light Box walls, crafted from unpainted, 1 mm thick Feltouch fabric stretched over a metal frame, offering both acoustic and lighting benefits. The expanded Mandarin colour range, now boasting 53 shades with the addition of 13 new hues, was also highly praised.
Feltouch General Manager Şeref Özer shares, 'We are delighted to present our latest designs at Orgatec, sharing them with industry leaders and design enthusiasts. Our design journey reflects our vision to blend sustainability with aesthetics, and we thank everyone who visited our booth and joined us in this excitement.'
Tranquil design inspired by Zen gardens
Drawing inspiration from the serenity of Japanese Zen gardens, the Zen Collection by German designer Alexander Rehn brings a calming aesthetic to interior spaces. Featuring 120x240 cm panels for wall and ceiling applications, the collection offers both a sleek edge finish and a borderless option. The Zen family goes beyond fixed panels, providing functional and aesthetic solutions with mobile dividers and includes a desk divider ideal for workspaces. Designed for those seeking a balanced and tranquil atmosphere, the Zen product family offers a modern, serene solution.
Feltouch's sea urchin-inspired lighting solution
Feltouch introduces Sea Urchin, a new lighting product inspired by the symmetrical structure of sea urchins. Made from Feltouch's unique felt, crafted with 50% recycled PET, Sea Urchin combines aesthetic appeal with acoustic performance. Measuring 18 cm in height and 65 cm in diameter, it offers versatile installation options including pendant, surface-mounted, and wall-mounted setups, making it ideal for offices, restaurants, hotels, and educational spaces. Designed by Hande Özge Canlıer from the Feltouch Design Team, Sea Urchin reflects modern and sustainable design principles, adding both an acoustic and aesthetic touch to spaces.
