Dornbracht AG & Co. KG announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Amy McCabe as the new President & CEO of Dornbracht Americas Inc., making her the first woman to hold a leadership role for the Americas within the company. McCabe brings over 30 years of experience in the luxury kitchen and bath industry, having worked with developers, architects, interior designers, various hotel chains, dealers, and plumbers nationwide.
Most recently, she served as the National Sales Leader for LIXIL, representing brands such as American Standard, Grohe, and DXV. An accomplished business leader, McCabe is known for building successful sales teams and crafting innovative strategies and playbooks to exceed targets and goals.
In December 2023, McCabe joined Dornbracht Americas Inc. as the East Region's Sales Director, where she managed key market strategies and coordinated internal and external sales teams. In her new role as President & CEO, effective immediately, McCabe will oversee all business and sales initiatives, operations, marketing, brand management, and personnel nationwide.
