This year's ORGATEC proved exceptionally rewarding for ASKIA, as the team connected with visitors and received valuable feedback. ASKIA was thrilled to unveil its latest acoustic solutions, flexible modular seating, innovative prototypes, and sustainable booth design concepts—all crafted to promote practical and comfortable workspaces.
Key highlights from ASKIA's ORGATEC showcase included:
Tailored Acoustic Solutions for Standard Ceiling Grids
ASKIA presented a new acoustic treatment solution designed for 60×60 T-grid ceiling systems, which captured attention for both design and functionality. Attendees appreciated the magnetic attachment system that allowed for quick and efficient installation.
Launch of Acoustic Room Dividers
ASKIA introduced a new series of acoustic room dividers ideal for flexible workspaces. Visitors valued the adaptability of these panels, which seamlessly integrated without the need for walls.
Ripple – ASKIA's First Modular Soft Seating System
The debut of Ripple, ASKIA's first modular sofa collection, marked another milestone. This cozy, home-inspired seating system, created for versatile office setups, received a warm reception from attendees.
Marine Life Prototypes Ready for Series Production
The "Marine Life" prototypes, inspired by oceanic forms, also attracted strong positive feedback, encouraging ASKIA to prepare these unique pieces for full production. These eye-catching elements enhance acoustics while bringing nature-inspired aesthetics to workspaces.
Paket Prototype – A Modular Sofa Inspired by Parcel Wrapping
The Paket sofa prototype, drawing inspiration from wrapped parcels, sparked significant interest. The enthusiastic response suggested strong potential for it to join the permanent product lineup in the future.
Sustainable Booth Design Concept
ASKIA's booth, a collaboration with Ioka Design Studio, earned praise for its cohesive color palette, open central corridor, and eco-conscious approach. The booth minimized waste by using materials integral to ASKIA's products, like repurposed carpet rollers and acoustic dividers. Spaces for living, dining, and office areas were defined with vertical panels only, leaving no permanent structures or waste upon breakdown.
As ASKIA continues pushing the boundaries of workspace design, the positive feedback from ORGATEC has inspired the company to further innovate and refine its offerings. The event underscored ASKIA's commitment to sustainable practices and thoughtful solutions, and it looks forward to shaping inspiring workspaces for years to come.
