Over 800 current and former Hansgrohe employees, along with their partners, gathered at the Europa-Park Arena November 9 in Rust to celebrate their milestones with the company. Hans Jürgen Kalmbach, Chairman of the Executive Board of Hansgrohe SE, welcomed the attendees and expressed gratitude to those marking 25, 40, and even 50 years of service.
Kalmbach highlighted the significance of their long-term commitment, noting that a total of 124 employees were honoured for contributing 3,380 years of service. Their dedication, experience, and expertise have been integral to the company's success, fostering a strong team spirit and making Hansgrohe an attractive employer. He emphasised the growing importance of adaptability and flexibility, especially in today's challenging market, and reassured that Hansgrohe would continue to shape the future with determination.
The evening was filled with engaging films where honourees shared their personal experiences at Hansgrohe. A festive menu, music, and dancing added to the celebration. Kalmbach also praised the event's organisers for preparing an outstanding and memorable occasion.
