Offenhausen-based Dauphin Office Interiors GmbH & Co. KG has introduced its new leadership structure under CEO Elmar Duffner, who took over the reins as CEO of the company in February this year. Joining Duffner on the executive team are Marcel Göttlicher, Andreas Ohr, and Jürgen Bailey, who have been appointed as authorised signatories (Prokuristen) effective November 1, 2024.
The restructuring aims to align the company for future success. Göttlicher, responsible for Human Resources, Ohr, overseeing Finance and Controlling, and Bailey, in charge of IT, will report directly to CEO Duffner.
The leadership changes follow the departure of Wilfried Sehner, the company's former CFO, as of October 31, 2024, and the upcoming retirement of Chief Information Officer (CIO) Martin Fuchs in mid-2025. These changes reflect Dauphin's efforts to adapt to evolving personnel needs and strengthen its internal leadership.
Göttlicher has been with Dauphin Holding for 15 years, serving as both HR Director and authorized signatory. Ohr, who assumed his new role on October 1, manages Finance, Controlling, Insurance, Real Estate, and Legal matters. Bailey, who joined the company on November 1, takes on the newly created position of CIO, responsible for digital transformation and IT strategy. Bailey will succeed Fuchs, who will retire after 15 years of service on June 30, 2025.
