The countdown has begun for the International Istanbul Furniture Fair (IIFF), a pivotal meeting point for the global furniture industry, spanning 250,000 square metres. The 2025 event, scheduled for January 21–25, aims to surpass the 2024 success, where nearly 1,000 companies representing over 3,000 brands participated, drawing 144,000 industry professionals from 152 countries.
Ahmet Güleç, MOSFED President, highlights Türkiye's rising global influence: 'Türkiye is one of the top four countries producing all furniture categories and the seventh-largest exporter. Our strategy focuses on production, design, branding, and marketing. Istanbul's reputation as a global furniture hub attracts international manufacturers, who now prioritise IIFF for exhibitions.'
One fair, 152 countries
The January 2024 fair welcomed industry professionals eager to explore trends and collaborations. Güleç expressed optimism for 2025, stating, 'We expect even more visitors thanks to our strong promotion and marketing efforts. This growth benefits both our country and industry.'

The event will feature diverse furniture categories across 26 halls at the Istanbul Fair and Tüyap Fair and Congress Center. Modern-modular furniture, luxury designs, children's products, and garden furniture will be on display, showcasing the industry's latest innovations.
