On November 14, 2024, the Archiproducts Design Awards 2024 took place at Superstudio in Milan, celebrating global excellence in design. The event attracted key figures from the design and architecture world, including designers, architects, and companies, to announce the winners of the ninth edition of the awards. The ceremony highlighted innovative products and the evolution of contemporary design, emphasising the fusion of technology and aesthetic research.

One of the most notable awards, Designer of the Year 2024, went to Patricia Urquiola, recognised for her significant contributions to design, her versatile use of materials, and her humanistic approach to projects. Urquiola expressed her gratitude, noting the challenging yet rewarding process of working with companies to explore new materials.
A special mention was also given to Puglia's design excellence, with twelve local brands celebrated for embodying the region's craftsmanship and creativity. The award was presented in collaboration with the region's economic development department, highlighting the importance of storytelling and collaboration in global design.
The evening also marked the launch of Archiproducts China and Archiproducts India, expanding the platform's global trade network to support companies entering these key markets. The event was a showcase of product winners, displayed at Superstudio with students from the Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti guiding attendees through the designs.
