EspritMeuble 2024 sees 10% less visitors, but 'the quality of visitors was particularly good this year'

The 2024 edition of the EspritMeuble trade show was held this past week in Paris, bringing together 400 brands from the furniture, bedding, kitchen and household appliance sectors. With 12,244 visitors, down 10.8% on 2024 - after an increase of 32% over the previous 3 years - this edition stood out for the quality of its visitors, a quality widely praised by exhibitors.

It fostered constructive exchanges and positive commercial results on most stands. The interest and in-depth work of the distributors confirmed the importance of EspritMeuble for business development. The "100% business" theme developed by the organisers throughout the year took on its full meaning over these four days.

'Our exhibitors widely shared with us that the quality of visitors this year was particularly good, with a lot of attention and interest focused on their new products. Distributors mobilised on their business for 2025 were well present,' says Gaëtan Ménard, President of EspritMeuble.

A year of innovation
Brands redoubled their efforts to present their innovations and new products, with particularly meticulous staging, demonstrating their dynamism and ability to anticipate market trends.

'The stands have continued to progress, both in terms of the products presented and their ambience. The brands have put a lot of work into preparing for this year's show, and it's clear to see that these beautiful stands are a source of inspiration for our customers in their stores,' says Alain Liault, Vice-President of EspritMeuble and President of Meubles Célio.

The "M Awards" trophies rewarded the best of the industry's innovations for 2025. They highlighted brands' efforts to anticipate market needs and offer high value-added solutions.

The awards ceremony took place on the evening of Saturday November 16, in partnership with FNAEM (Fédération nationale du négoce de l'ameublement et de l'équipement de la maison), SNEC (Syndicat national de l'équipement de la cuisine) and GIFAM (Groupement des marques d'appareils pour la maison).
