Freifrau Manufaktur, renowned for its handcrafted furniture, has collaborated with internationally acclaimed hat-maker and artist Maryam Keyhani to create a collection that blurs the line between art and utility.
This unique partnership combines Freifrau's craftsmanship with Keyhani's playful creativity, resulting in designs that provoke curiosity and delight.
The collection features cushions and pouffes inspired by hat forms, offering both functionality and artistic expression. The designs—Giti, Roya, and pouf Ziba—are available in three distinct colors handpicked by Keyhani, with Ziba also offered in black and white. Each piece is limited to just 20 items, making them exclusive collectibles.
A celebration of craftsmanship and playfulness
'The collaboration with Maryam allowed us to step beyond conventions and explore new creative horizons,' says Niklas Helweg, Managing Director of Freifrau. Meanwhile, Keyhani, inspired by Freifrau's German craftsmanship and family-oriented ethos, describes the project as a perfect synergy of art and quality.
Each item in the collection embodies joy and individuality, inviting interaction and imagination. Whether as seats or decorative elements, these pieces add charm and warmth to any space.
