Working alongside Nick Smith in his new responsibilities will be Arron Burton, who will step up as the group commercial director. James Brewer will take on responsibilities as the group marketing director, and Graham Mould, as the group customer operations director.
This move to bring DFS and Sofology under one management team is intended to create a more unified and simplified management structure.
