After appearing on Løvens Hule (the Danish version of Dragons' Den), Danish entrepreneur Didde Christiansen welcomed two new business partners into Wecycle Furniture. Her presentation on the DR show secured an investment of DKK 400,000 and the involvement of Anne Stampe and Louise Herping Ellegaard, who joined as both investors and board members—Stampe as chair and Ellegaard as a member.
Despite each holding a 10% stake, Stampe and Ellegaard have now stepped down from their board roles. Wecycle Furniture, known for its sustainable designs using reclaimed wood, continues its mission. Christiansen described their departure from the board as a mutual and logical decision.

Her entrepreneurial journey began with a bench made from recycled wood sourced from Den Grønne Hal in Christiania. When she listed the bench on Den Blå Avis, Magasin took notice, eventually becoming one of Wecycle Furniture's 11 retail partners.
Currently, the company works with a Danish manufacturer, producing furniture from surplus wood in collaboration with Bygma Denmark.
Despite the changes in board composition, Wecycle Furniture remains on a growth trajectory under Christiansen's leadership, with sustainability at the heart of its innovative designs.
