The Danish flooring company Junckers has been chosen to supply sports flooring for international basketball competitions over the next four years. The extended partnership with Fiba, the world basketball federation, means Junckers will provide flooring for major events, including the Olympic Games, the European Championships, and the World Cup.

Originally set to end in 2024, the agreement has been renewed through to 2028. This ensures Junckers' involvement in the Los Angeles Olympic Games, continuing its streak after supplying floors for the Paris Olympics earlier this year.
The contract also covers high-profile basketball tournaments such as EuroBasket 2025, hosted in Cyprus, Finland, Latvia, and Poland, as well as the Women's Basketball World Cup 2026 in Germany and the Basketball World Cup 2027 in Qatar.
