From 1 January 2025, Nowy Styl has implemented significant changes to its sales and management structure. Former Managing Director Klaus Lohne will step down from his role but remain with the company as Senior Vice President until the end of 2025. Meanwhile, Jens Puchalla and André Strohmeier will take on key leadership positions.

Puchalla will be officially appointed to the management teams of Nowy Styl GmbH and Nowy Styl Deutschland GmbH at the start of the new year, assuming overall responsibility for sales in Germany. Strohmeier will also join as an authorised signatory effective 1 January 2025.
Lohne, after 20 successful years with the company, will retire from his management and key account responsibilities at the end of 2025. During this transitional period, he will continue to provide his expertise in an advisory capacity. 'This ensures that Klaus Lohne's extensive knowledge and experience will actively contribute to ongoing projects, guaranteeing a seamless transfer of knowledge,' said Jens Puchalla.
Puchalla, one of Nowy Styl's longest-serving employees, joined the company in 2004. He has held several roles, including overseeing sales of the Kusch+Co brand since 2022. In 2024, as Head of Indirect Sales and Public Tenders Germany, he managed all indirect sales channels and the public tenders segment.
In his previous role, Puchalla worked closely with Strohmeier, who served as his deputy. Strohmeier has also enjoyed a longstanding association with Nowy Styl, starting as a commercial employee before advancing to regional sales manager. For many years, he has been responsible for national tenders.
Nowy Styl has emphasised Puchalla's extensive experience and industry knowledge as central to maintaining oversight of critical processes. Strohmeier is recognised internally for his 'consistent and purposeful' approach to leadership.
